    You will be creating a powerpoint presentation about a food item of your choice.  Students may work alone or with a partner.  If working with a partner, choose wisely and select a partner with whom you will not be distracted from completing the project in a timely manner.

    Slide 1: Food Item, Group Member Names, Class Period

    Slide 2: Introduction - Why did you select this food to research?

    Slides 3 - 5/6: History; Interesting Facts; Description; How is it made?

    Last Slide: Conclusion

    Appropriate graphics and/or images on each slide

     Grading

    Powerpoint:

    • Appropriate # of slides
    • Includes required information
    • Appropriate Garaphics/Images
    • Slides easy to read

    Oral Presentation:

    • Eye contact with audience
    • Elaborate on information on slide (do not just read from slide)
